I was born in Hyderabad in 1995, into a family where public life was never abstract. My grandfather served as a legislator in united Andhra Pradesh. My father, Mahareddy Bhupal Reddy, is a former MLA for Narayankhed, Telangana. I grew up watching what it means to carry a constituency's trust — and I grew up assuming, for a long time, that this wasn't going to be my path.
I studied Information Technology at SRM University in Chennai, then a Master's in Business Analytics at the University of Illinois at Chicago. For the next several years, I worked in marketing analytics in the United States — supporting global brands and the US Army's national recruitment marketing. It was a good career. It was also not enough.
A question kept finding me that no dashboard could answer: what am I actually contributing to the world? The answer, when it finally came, was simple and inconvenient — service. Not charity. The act of helping someone reconnect with their own mind and build a more meaningful life. I trained as a coach to formalize that instinct, and began exploring ideas across psychology, philosophy, and Indian spiritual thought. That exploration became a personal framework for inner transformation — one that would later shape the foundations of Growth Universe.
In 2023, I came back to India to support my father's campaign in the Telangana General Assembly elections. I expected to stay in the background. I didn't. I found real aptitude for the work, and I found something else — a wide, unaddressed gap in youth and women's participation in Indian politics. I stayed. Through the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, I remained in India, deepening that work. In late May 2024, I went to the United States — briefly, and with the question still unresolved. By June, I had my answer. By August, I was home for good.
Since then, three things I'd been carrying separately for years have become real. Growth Universe, preparing to launch its first school pilot in October 2026. The Political Youth, live today. And Sacred Storms, a poetry collection that started as private writing and revealed itself, in hindsight, as a map of my own becoming.
These were never separate decisions. They were one decision, arriving in different forms.
